There's always room for cake!

After high school I went right to culinary school

at the Art Institute of NYC and took the baking

course. I loved it, but didn't enjoy working in the 

field. I still bake all the time but mostly for my

husband and family.

I was asked to make the top tear of my cousin's

cupcake tower at his wedding so they would have

something to put the cake topper on and to cut.

I made a purple ombre cake because their color

for the wedding was purple.

I also did a cake smash shoot this month and made

the cake for the little girl to smash!
