Week Eight of 365 Project.

It's kind of hard to believe that eight weeks have come and gone!
I can remember last year counting weeks because I had a newborn
and I was keeping track of her growth and development.
This year I'm just trying to keep up with the kid!

We had a little taste of the warmer weather this weekend and what
a tease! Here we are back to the cold only a few days later.
I'm excited for the warmer weather so we can spend more time
outdoors. It will be a whole new world to Kennedy when she sees
the flowers blooming on the trees this year. Last year she still had no
idea what was going on. Now that she can walk and explore she
will surely enjoy her new freedom.

Eating healthy has become very important to me in the past couple of years.
I hope to instill healthy eating in Kennedy so she can live a long happy life.
I love that she enjoys all fruit and I can't wait for the summer to get her eating all
the yummy summer fruits. Maybe a watermelon photo shoot?!

St Patrick's Day is just around the corner! If there is one thing I love it's the fact
that I have some Irish in my blood. My grandmother was very proud to be Irish
and she passed that along to me!

Sharing some of Mama's Protein shake. (She actually liked it.)

I couldn't pick just one picture from our Sunday morning pancakes. I decided to add
some blueberries that I had made Kennedy the day before into the batter and wow they
came out pretty cool!

Playtime with Daddy.

I also couldn't pick just one picture from her bathtime the other night. I put bubble bath
in the water, which we had stopped for a while due to the very bad diaper rash and she
was just so amazed by the bubbles. She would put them on her hand and try to sniff them
and eat them and then laugh hysterically! I just love her little face in the last picture, a great
shot of her looking down smiling. I love her so so much.

Adorable Remy just turned One!
Her Mom had one of my favorite color schemes,
pink and mint. She went all out on the props for
this shoot which usually I do, but she was having
a big first birthday party the following weekend!

Week Seven of 365 Project.

Week seven has been filled with snow, snow, and more
snow. It seemed like I spent every minute of Kennedy's
naps this week shoveling out the driveway.
We baked some and enjoyed Kennedy's 2nd Valentine's day.
All in all it was a good week, but we're ready for spring!

Lemon poppy seed bread! Just the smell of this bread
made it seem a little less like a snowy winter week.
I found the recipe here-
I changed it a little by adding 1/4 cup less sugar and I didn't add any
glaze or syrup. It still was amazing.

Kennedy being silly and playing with her tunnel.

Kiss me <3

Trying to get this kido to sit for a quick picture is no easy
task, but somehow I managed to get one... this time.

Week Six of 365 Project.

Week six was pretty boring, most of the week was spent inside
due to all the snow from Monday's storm. The roads are a mess
due to all the snow and people trying to park on the street.
Is winter over yet?

Hot chocolate! Winter just wouldn't be the same without it.

My handsome boy!

I've been watching this icicle grow for a while now, it's pretty amazing.

Bagels for life!

Even grown ups need naptime.

Week Five of 365 Project.

This week was back to reality. Doctor's appointments, little gym,
going to the library, and oh yes the Super Bowl right in our

Goodbye January!

Someone slept late a couple days this week, Mommy enjoyed that!

I've spent a lot of this week on branding for my photography and have come up with some
great stuff. I've reworked my website to try and pull everything all together, can't wait to share,
but that's going to be a whole other post.

Saturday morning breakfast with Daddy at The Chestnut eatery!

I thought the groundhog said spring was coming early this year?

Snow baby snow.

Rustic bridal shower!

A few weeks ago I took pictures for my friend Chrissy
of Fox event planning and floral design. She was asked by 201
bridal magazine to plan a rustic bridal shower for a spread
in their summer issue. When I walked in I was in love!
This was right up my alley, (I really enjoy planning events and
working on all the details!) and was definitely a bridal shower
I would love to go to.
